Tall, Thin and Beautiful, Tzuan is the epitome of depravity. He is excessively wealthy and has rather unusual tastes when it comes to amusement. Often found in clubs and betting dens, Tzuan is known for his eccentricity and sudden tendency to be extremely kind or cruel. Tzuan could, at one minute, be docilely sipping tea, and the next, wiping blood off his hands from a particular rigorous session of 'This-Little-Piggy'with Madame's 'daughters'. The painkillers which Tzuan inhale could be the reason for his inbalance, but no one's about to take them away from him. Miko, his bodyguard and sometimes babysitter, is the only person Tzuan feels an affinity with.

Madame is the infamous cross-dressing owner of the high-class nightclub, Purple Blossoms Court. Her establishment boasts the companionship of the most beautiful and exotic hostesses in the city. The Madame's real name is Nae Jung; an illegal immigrant who rose from the slums as a child, to become one of the most sought after hostesses in Oricon Bay herself. Hard times had polished her into a shrewd businesswoman. Despite her impassiveness, the Madame takes care of her kind, and in turn, has higher powers looking out for her. Being a Korean, she is often linked to the TaiPing-Lin's top man, Mr. Hoong.

Kyung-Na, or more affectionately known as Psycho, is one of the younger 'sons' of Mr. Hoong of TaiPing-Lin. He is big and ape-like, with large heavy fists and an ugly temper to match. With or without a brass knuckles, Kyung can take down a guy in a single swing; making his left hook legendary and lethal on the streets of TaiPing-Lin. Naturally, Kyung is also Mr. Hoong's hachet man, handpicked to handle his slightly "dirtier" errands. Kyung is blindly loyal and believes that his benefactor does nothing but good, and is merely protecting family interests.

Fanfan is the youngest staff in the Harlot. She appears perky and cute to the people that she likes, but is impatient and grumpy otherwise. Fanfan is a San-sympathizer who constantly roots for him with her childish antics. Fanfan is also a Dating Sim addict, has a Sim Boy named Hanjin, who's modelled creepily to the very likeness of a real life person that she has a major crush on. Now, she is saving herself for him until the day when the real Hanjin will finally notice her and realise how they are made for each other...

He is San's father, and also the owner of the Harlot. Despite his business dealings which requires him to coexists with the gangs, Chen hates them immensely. He is constantly travelling from one arcade branch to another, scouting for new technology and talent. Familial ties are most important to him, followed by his passion for Harlot's most successful project so far, Gorge Fusion. San's mother, Chen's first wife died when San was just a kid. He is now married to his second wife, and has two young children: LeeLee and MoMo. Chen's relationship with his oldest son is complicated, as he is often cold to him, probably due to San's brief involvement with the Chinese SaiChuan gang.
